In your opinion, what is the biggest benefit of working with Margaret?
Margaret takes ownership and pride in her work. In our crazy world these days this is a lost art. She loves what she does and is very thorough. She is a pleasure to work with and loves the challenge of tackling complicated projects.
What are the pain points for your business that Done Purple helped solve for you?
Done Purple has helped deliver very complicated email campaigns along with complicated pre-arrival forms that require in-depth knowledge of all our content distribution systems. Margaret is fantastic at figuring out how it all works on the backend with complicated systems. She has helped us with an old website that requires lots of updates and fixes. The digital marketing and website management world is very complicated and Margaret knows how to code and decipher efficient fixes. She takes the pain out of the daily management of our website and systems.

What made you want to work with her initially, when you first hired her?
Margaret found us through one of her marketing campaigns which was by email over a decade ago. We were in need of a marketing company at that time and so I set up a conference call with our Director of IT. He interviewed her on a bunch of technical questions and said "she knows her stuff, we should hire her" and we never looked back. We have worked together for approximately 14 years since. Margaret is amazing at what she does.
What type of work did Done Purple do for you?
Done Purple has done everything marketing-related for C Lazy U Ranch over the years. This includes website development, website management, re-skinning the website, content creation & development, creation of marketing materials, and graphic design.
What was your experience working with Margaret and her team?
Margaret is amazing and a true professional. Her technical knowledge is unmatched and she can do almost anything. She always meets deadlines and is extremely reliable. The most important quality about Margaret is that she uses her intuition and you cannot teach this. She takes a marketing project to an entirely new level by inserting herself into the customer’s view and then takes the initiative to improve the user experience. She is a true asset and a big reason for our organization’s success.
