There have not really been any pain points. In general, there were times when requests for assistance or changes to the website got waylaid due to some need for communication reorganization, but the business has addressed this problem and things are working very well.

What made you want to work with her initially, when you first hired her?
When we first identified Done Purple, we had been given Margaret's name by another satisfied customer. We immediately clicked during our phone interview with her and appreciated her open and down to earth demeanor. Her business practices are very transparent and clear. They are also affordable and fair.
What type of work did Done Purple do for you?
The work the business has done for us has varied, but most notably they have developed a fully functional and highly used website, they handle ads for any marketing efforts we do, they handle the graphic design for our printed materials and have provided general personal support with administrative duties. In short, Margaret Pickard has gone above and beyond on many occasions to lend a hand, first producing an absolutely gorgeous website, and also being there when one of our business owners died, coming up with the idea of a memorial page that honors her memory. I highly recommend Margaret Pickard and her group.
