In your opinion, what is the biggest benefit of working with Margaret?
I think for me it's clarity, trust, reliability. She can take a whole bunch of complex or convoluted content and client wishes and distill that into "here's the best way to do X, Y and Z." She's proven herself through her work for me over and over. I can trust that my clients and projects are always going to get her best.
What are the pain points for your business that Done Purple helped solve for you?
I am a graphic designer with a boutique marketing, web and design studio. I could create basic websites for clients, but had limitations in terms of the technical level of projects I could take on and support I could provide. I wanted to provide my clients with websites that looked good AND performed AND met their business needs. And I didn't want to have a panic attack every time something went down or broke. Partnering with Done Purple meant I could take on more complex and larger web design projects and know that my clients would be getting a great end result.

What made you want to work with her initially, when you first hired her?
Margaret and I were working for a mutual client and I was impressed with the website she created for that client. I think we initially started hiring each other for odd jobs and eventually I had the chance to bid on a project I knew I wanted to work with her on, based on my experience to that point. We knocked that project out of the park and it has since become a regular thing for us.
What type of work did Done Purple do for you?
Margaret and I have collaborated on a number of website creations together. In addition, she is my go to for trouble shooting, when any of the websites that I manage for my clients has an issue. In addition, when I actually take a vacation, she is on call for helping with anything web related that my clients need. I trust her to provide them with the incredible service she's always offered to me.
What was your experience working with Margaret and her team?
I love working with Margaret. She's a terrific collaborator and incredibly passionate about making websites that work for her clients. She sees my designs and mock ups and translates that design essence beautifully into a real website. We've even won some awards for our collaborations! She's also a problem solver. If a client needs something unique or specific, she's analytical and can think through how best to get the client and their site or a specific function where it needs to be. She and her team are responsive and thorough.
What would you say to someone on the fence about working with Done Purple?
Do it. You will never find another business partner who cares as much about your business success as she does.
